What are LinkedIn automation tools?
LinkedIn automation includes using software to automatically send invitations to connect, create and/or distribute messages, send to your account, view profiles, and follow certain pages. This can be achieved by using some LinkedIn tools, or by third-party LinkedIn automation tools.
LinkedIn automation Tools
1. LinkedIn Assistant as a LinkedIn automated tool
Key features ✅
- One of the powerful tools of LinkedIn automation is to perform unwanted or repetitive tasks. Such as sending messages, inviting, joining and connecting, saving a lot of time with access.
- This is a simple Chrome extension and desktop application. It allows you to work in segments (you can create an email list using this tool).
- Invite connections (300 max words) according to segments, provided as default by each audience/list, e.g. financial advisors, your campaign date, etc.
- You can send a welcome message, such as “thank you for connecting”, which will result in everyone listed with a single click.
- If you use Sales Navigator, which on average gives you five times the ability to connect to decision-making profiles – LinkedIn Helper has integration.
- Send hello messages to the first contact, and then the second follow-up message with your sales suggestion.
Obstacles ❌
- It is not good enough to perform many tasks: set your browser window to be ‘reduced’ and the software will stop working
- Advantages and disadvantages of LinkedIn advertising
- Scheduling can also be improved in some way and collecting contacts can come out, which is annoying when you are trying to run a marketing campaign!
- Lastly, while this is a matter of decent work, you can still risk your account if you do not plan carefully. If you suspect spam by people using this tool, it may be flagged with your account.
2. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
Key features ✅
- Among the best-sponsored tracking services: allows you to track the cost per lead in your campaigns, how many leads are collected per campaign, and make delivery rates
- Unlike third-party clients or Facebook, Lead Gen Forms are available on LinkedIn so they can access the entire CV of each user through an account.
- This gives the tool a borderline in terms of identifying specific identities. For example: technology, the field of study, where they work, and so on.
- LinkedIn is also unusual because many users often use their business email to create an account. The information you receive will be top-notch, email marketing: one of the most popular LinkedIn tools
Obstacles ❌
- That said, to clarify in detail the work of your audience, Facebook is likely to reach better. For example, identify people with similar connections such as one or more pages, income, and other metrics.
- The New York Times estimates that people spend an average of 45mins / day on Facebook, while only 2 / day on LinkedIn. This gives you fewer opportunities to connect with paid campaigns.
- On Facebook, you also get the option to test multiple types of ad campaigns, to test the A / B which works best. For example, in FB Lead Form it can be linked to a carousel, video, and an advanced post ad.
3. Leonard (Now Meet Alfred) a LinkedIn automated tool
Key features ✅
- This is your answer to no longer being cold or more than they need for face-to-face contact events.
- While asleep, Alfred’s campaign manager created a sequence of structured messages divided into sections.
- Use custom captions for personalized messages – the Smart Reply Detection feature lets you set actions based on behaviour.
- This prevents the delivery of inappropriate messages. Inside the dashboard, you can also see who’s responded, chat history, and return to sequence as often as you like.
- Finally, market responsibly by setting specific requirements for Alfred’s daily activities. This is measured automatically, as the tool can determine which type of LinkedIn membership you have.
- You can also set the exact days and hours you want the tool to work and not work on. Usually, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 9 pm is a marketing hotspot.
Obstacles ❌
- A useful tool, however, as mentioned by LinkedIn Assistant, be careful not to spam, as there may be negative bias from LinkedIn to third-party automation tools.
- No matter, their preferences are used daily by efficient users and there may be no chance of you being blocked without some form of premature suspension.
- The last time we checked, it was only possible to set up an account if you had a Mastercard or American Express card.
- Also, only one LinkedIn profile can be managed per account, which can be priced if you have multiple communication profiles.
4. LeadFuze for LinkedIn automation
Key features ✅
- Apart from its capabilities, the LeadFuse interface is simple, allowing B2B targeting using AdWords.
- For example, targeting prospects are already spending a certain amount of money on paid ads (which gives a good idea of their spending budget before you connect).
- There is also a “used technology” filter. Using this you can, for example, target those who do not use WordPress and adjust your web design pitch accordingly.
- There is also a semi-automation or segmentation feature that allows you to identify 100 new leads based on your set criteria.
- Once you have used mid-section access, you can scan over the list and verify that it looks right before adding them to your default campaign list.
Obstacles ❌
- Occasionally you may find glitches where the results are not in the industry or the geography you have filtered, in which case using a semi-automation feature can be as smart as normal operation.
- There are also a few question marks surrounding the quality of leadership in some areas of the business category. While this is no different from LeadFuze, but due to the high price, it is a little disappointing.
- Search can be slow, and you may want to check this out during the trial before committing, to make sure you produce enough leads to verify the price point.
- And last but not least, we would love to see them come back with educational videos on campaign strategies and campaigns – however, rising among LinkedIn automation tools.
5. Crystal
Key features ✅
- Crystal uses AI Personality to generate a target profile based on behavioural patterns, text analysis, test reports, and other data points.
- Use this to communicate well with hope, build stronger relationships and better predict decision-making.
- View your profile report by simply opening a LinkedIn profile. Alternatively, invite for a personality test using the tool.
- The advice is tailored to your situation and is intended to help you write a convincing copy. You will also be able to see what Crystal is bringing with you by their personality type (e.g. ‘Motivator I’), popularity, and avoidance.
- It also places them in a position of power, strength, stability, or conscience.
Obstacles ❌
- People do not always include the truth in their profiles, so this is likely to divert Crystal toward wrong conclusions.
- If you want to get a free plan, you will only get to analyze 10 prospects per month. Also required to pay for the premium version. It is not a free LinkedIn automation tool.
- Sometimes, you may find yourself scratching your head to find out where the information came from.
- This can be a common feature of AI, where even responsible programmers cannot figure out exactly how the system has come to its conclusion.
